Honor launched the Watch 5 Ultra in March, then followed up with the vanilla Watch 5 in September. Now, one Honor executive shared a photo of the middle model – the Honor Watch 5 Pro.
Specifically, the photo demonstrates the check-in reminder feature. This lets you know when one of your friends has arrived at their destination while traveling or after they have completed a particular activity.

This feature uses the Crescent Window – it shrinks the circular UI of the watch, leaving a crescent-shaped area where notifications pop in. It’s a pretty clever design that works with the round shape of the screen.
The company hasn’t set a date for the full reveal of the Honor Watch 5 Pro, but the Honor Magic8 series is coming soon. The Magic8 flagship phones and the Honor Pad 3 Pro 13.3 will all use the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. There are no guarantees, of course, but the Watch 5 Pro might be unveiled at the same event.
