Since the COVID-19 pandemic, working from home has become the norm in many industries. And a 2022 survey from FlexJobs found that 77% of full-time workers identified the ability to work remotely as one of the most important benefits, right behind salary. A whopping 57% of survey respondents said that they would leave their job if they weren’t offered remote benefits from their employer.
