The Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse Netflix release date is anticipated for November–December 2023.
This is due to the exclusivity deal Sony Pictures signed with Netflix, which sees its movies becoming available on the streaming service after their theatrical release. This has typically seen Sony movies releasing on Netflix between 3–6 months after their theatrical run.

These movies then stay on the streaming service exclusively throughout an 18-month ‘pay one window,’ after which they can also release on other services. Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse will likely release on Disney Plus between May–June 2025 at the earliest.
This will be when Sony and Netflix’s pay one window 18-month exclusivity deal ends, allowing Across the Spider-Verse to launch on other streaming services.
