Sears and Sears Auto center long gone. Both Macy’s exteriors old an dated looking. The gates scream neglect. JCPENNEY has a dated, but cool Rock panel exterior. Most Vacancies are covered up with curtains…not a good look…what Code Violations could they be hiding. Surrounding area in very good shape. Landscaping is seriously lacking as well.
